Buyer Beware. I ordered a faux tree then realized the quality was not worth the price. I tried to cancel the order, but Decor Steals does not allow immediate cancellations. When I inquired about returning the unopened package, I was told they would deduct $30 from the refund. Why on earth do I have to lose $30 on something I don't have?? I had always liked Decor Steals, but the past few orders I have received had either damaged or broken items. Prices seem to increase but the quality decreases. Sorry Decor Steals, you just lost a long time customer.
