Wow, just wow. It charged me 6.99 to tell me what I ALREADY knew. Phone at&t LOCKED. I thought 6.99 was to get my factory unlocked phone back up and running. Company said it was unlocked. At&t said it WAS locked. Then the company threatens you that if you dispute charges they will BLACKLIST your phone!They will " assume" your phone you paid good money for is stolen. How many senior citizens like ME did this happen too? There are laws in EVERY state PROTECTING our rights. So they didn't so what they claimed they would then in terms threaten YOU? WOW, just wow.
