Avoid at all costs. First they say the cost is $28.99 but after you authorize that it's an additional $63.00. They say many phones are unlocked in 15 minutes while some may take 24 hours. After I paid the total fee my estimated unlock time was 17 days! You can't cancel & get a refund. I made a huge mistake. Forget Direct Unlocks exists!
