Direct unlock charge me $28.99 for the service but requested for additional $91 to complete the process which I paid. However, my phone was never unlocked and has requested more payment from me which I turned down. I requested a refund but was offered lifetime credit for payments made. Who needs lifetime credit when they could not do it the first time.
THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY BOGUS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
