This company is a scam. Every step costs more money. After 10 hours, I got an email saying that they couldn’t unlock my phone because I owed $742 on an account that’s been closed for almost a year and a half but they “negotiated a good deal for me” down to $299.
Don’t waste your time and money. Fortunately, I only lost $78.
