Unlock took super long and way longer than it should've. Also the time frame for any updates should be quicker and to reassure the buyer.
Unlock was still completed but wasn't done in the estimated time frame that I actually needed the unlock to be done by. Even gave my own personal grace period of couple days after they provided an estimated time of completion.
