Today, I ordered from a fast food restaurant. The dasher delivered the wrong food ordered. I called DD, they denied my request to refund my money. I called the fast food restaurant and was told by the manager that my food was still there nearly 40 mins later. He told me he couldn’t refund my money and to call DD again. Again DD denied my request. I phoned DD again and asked why they weren’t refunding my money and could I give them the address and phone number of the fast food restaurant so they could verify that my food was never picked up by the dasher, and to look at the photo, the fast food restaurant uses brown paper bags and the photo was of a plastic white bag. I was so upset I started crying because of the insanity of talking to multiple DD members about refunding nearly twenty dollars. I do not like DD any longer as several of my orders from different restaurants have been wrong to no fault of mine. I don’t recommend DD and am very disappointed in how they’ve treated a valued customer. They have lost my business and respect.
