We had some issues relating to timing of the appointment and the work that needed to be done. However, after raising our issues with the office, we were contacted by the Managing Director who sorted them out on the spot. The engineers that came to our property were true gentlemen, polite and courteous and it impressed us that the Managing Director would take the time needed to address our concerns. Despite a rocky start to our relationship, they proved to us in the end that he, the Company and their staff really care about their customers and strive to offer the best customer service.
