It is generally a good quality product for grounding. 1) the customer service is okay. 2) the resistance should be 0 ohm between the grounding lead to the back of the grounding plug 3) the first delivered product - the resistance was over 100 Mega Ohm between the ground lead to the plug, and it was replaced after several days (7 days) of email discussion. I can still recommend this product, however it would be essential for you to check after receiving it whether there is any problem. so you would need to have a multi-meter, otherwise, you would not have any benefit from the product if it is faulty.
