Very impressed by this company's customer service. I was able to talk to a live person to ask questions before ordering (rare these days and very appreciated). Shipment came quickly. Excellent packaging--bully sticks were airtight. Quality was great. However, the smell got to me and I decided to ask for a refund. I did this via email within the generous 90-day guarantee period. Easy peasy. Fast. Courteous. Responsive. You can't lose with this company.
