I ordered an easy manual, I provided them with my vin number as they requested. After some time they notified me that they could not provide me what I paid for. They provided only excuses and offered other stuff but again no easy manual as they advertised for my Mercedes. I have gone back and forth spending my time and then finally requested a refund. I had to go to PayPal and start a dispute. I provided PayPal with all the emails to and from easy manual. It is not escalating to a higher level within PayPal. I would never advise anyone to deal with this easy manual! It is far from easy! One would think that a company would be smart enough to refund if they cannot provide the product, and not play the game of bait and switch with consumers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
