Bad product, Even worse service. Ordered a q5 manual that came in 69 separate files for various models. Was unable to locate any of the info I needed. Customer service was a disgrace. Stated that they had forwarded my refund request to a manager, but the ticket was closed without action. Made a 2nd query and received no response after 3 weeks. They're obviously ignoring me so I will now leave reviews wherever I can to help people avoid this terrible site.
