My food arrived 40 minutes after the 60-minute window. The cold food was warm and the hot food was cold. Some of the items were mayonnaise based and had to be thrown away to avoid potential food poisoning. The restaurant says it's Eat Street's problem, Eat Street says it's the restaurant's problem - meanwhile I'm out $40, didn't get lunch, and can't get anyone to help me.
I don't recommend ordering from Eat Street or Healthy Xpress, unless you enjoy throwing your money away and being given the runaround by customer service.
