Sent an EDU unit for fault diagnostic check, they received it at 8 am and bye 8.50am received a text to say job finished would send back on receipt of payment £150. Refitted to van only to be told fault codes still appearing. Text then called #rse express only to be told sent a replacement unit so we didn’t know if the original unit was causing the problem, or was even faulty On their website send for test if no problem found only cost of return post necessary, called and spoke to someone on 07479535866. Was abruptly told must be the ECU, text back can you repair the reply no not that one. No futher forward stay clear of these i@ots.
