A complete joke and the other things they don't accept any blame on there terrible customer services blaming the airlines who counter blame the the airport. Absolute joke.
I overheard folks saying they had travelled to Edinburgh to save a few quid. But vowed they would never return due to poor service.
I complained direct to Edinburgh airport received the usual woody response.
