To be honest, all of them seem like their AI. I was communicating with my writer, it really seems like, 1. they are not English speakers, 2. they are bots. I set a deadline for my essay and asked for a revision. However, the deadline passed, and I haven't received anything. I complain through customer support, and all they said was we've told the writer to upload the essay, yet the writers haven't.
After all: Bad customer support, questionably fake writers, and an untrustworthy website.
