The bouquet I ordered arrived at the correct address but the box was broken, the arrangement was all messed up and the chocolates were missing. I live in New Zealand and although I was given a refund, the monetary rate had gone down so I lost on that and I also had to pay for offshore service margins. I usually use EFlorist and have never had a problem before but this time Amazon was used for delivery and it was most unsatisfactory.
