I spoke with customer service because the complimentary chocolate did not arrive and they then decided to refund me £2. I asked for the chocs to be sent separately but they said they can only send them together. So I have marked down the stars I can give them as I was not satisfied with the outcome. I would rather the chocs then a small refund.
