the website looks a little "old fashioned" but I found it easy to use and navigate. The videos explaining how to measure etc were very clear and useful. I liked that there were so many options to choose from. I haven't received the product yet so cannot comment on that but I appear to have ordered exactly what I wanted and will definitely be coming back to this site
