ElectriQ range oven delivered damaged by Appliances Direct. I had also paid for the removal and recycling of my old range cooker which their delivery people refused to honour - saying "we don't do that for Appliances Direct" anymore.
So - I have a damaged cooker and my old cooker sitting in my kitchen - both waiting to be collected and still nothing to cook on.
I had to pay a call out charge for the gas fitter who was booked to fit the cooker and still no sign of a refund or a date for the removal of two pieces of scrap!
