NO OVEN FOR 4 MONTHS! (and still on going) Brought the EQOVENM2 in black (which is an Oven) it broke within 11 months of purchasing it, just before Christmas. We called the manufacturer who still has the case open today and I still have a broken oven. (4months of no oven for me and with children, I was also pregnant at the time of opening the claim) Their customer service is abysmal, they constantly hang up on you and have ridiculous wait times (longest I waited was 2 and a half hours when someone was meant to be passing me to the correct department. The staff I spoke to barring 1 person were all extremely rude. I have also opened a complaint now 4 times and no one has actually opened one on my account. So I can't move it to an ombudsman... This company is a joke and I wouldn't ever buy one of their products again. I would not recommend either. I am now buying a oven out my own pocket, but I will not drop this complaint. I have never been so disgusted with a company.
