Bought an aircon unit sf12000 from appliances direct in April expecting a hot summer wishful thinking on the odd time it has been warm have been unable to use it as it makes a horrendous noise and the oscillating motion does t work Ive been battling for a return and swap to no avail so far
Actually bought two of these I’m hoping not to have the same issues with the other :(
Support has been abysmal so far

Ps this is t a portable machine if you have to remove the wheels and out it up high for proper venting ….
