Terrible product and even worse customer care.
Bought an aircon unit, the fan stopped working and it’s out of warranty. Was told a repair would be £200 to £300 yet a new unit is around £300. I said that was disgraceful for a repair cost as only the fan isn’t working. I was told to contact a local person to see if they can fix it and nothing they can do. They won’t even sell me any replacement parts so I can’t fix it regardless. Avoid this brand and appliances direct company.
