I am now trying to replace the composite filter but it seems impossible. I have tried phoning 'Jenny' who gave me her number to ring back but she isn't there. The pictures of staff on line do not give me confidence...they look like a group of laddos having a good laugh. I have no wish to ramp up a large phone bill. Why can't I order this on line??
