The products are one thing but the service and care to attention to make customers happy is second to none. Abbey in particular has bent over backwards to make sure our items were delivered and that we were happy.
We’ve bought fryers, griddle, pots, blenders and more and all items have been spot on.
Next day delivery on all items we have ordered and when we had a problem with one item, it was collected the very next day and replaced and this is what sets Empire apart from the rest
