The Ascaso DUO PID is fantastic. it punches way above its weight. I have had a La Pavoni pub m1 for years and it is superior compared to that. Great steam pressure that keeps going on-and-on. New horizons for my coffee journey as I am able to adjust the brew temp. Never had this feature. It turns an ok bean into a great bean/cup.
