I understand that every state has their own regulations for nonprofit organization but I must say that your procedures go beyond what I have run into in the past. We have an IRS 501c3 which covers all the states. In Michigan we normally fill out a simple form with our IRS number and that is it. Anyway it appears we will be paying the extra twenty dollars on this order.
