Most of the products ordered arrived on time. The portafilter was back ordered and there wasn't much communication provided by Espresso Parts. I had to reach out and was told it was further delayed. In no part your fault, but a notice would have been appreciated. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the products and purchase experience. Will defeinitely consider buying again. Thank you.
