One simple part ordered and we were sent the wrong part, potentially costing me a sale of my machine! Called and the correct part being sent but Espresso Parts wouldn't expedite it unless we paid for it. Had to find local vendor who fortunately had the part but had to drive over an hour to get it. My buyer couldn't wait.
I am very disappointed and frustrated.
