Well my first order was 'lost in the system', my second order which I picked up at the store, 10 miles away, was filthy (These were yankee Candle car charms) even inside the packaging. I always try and give companies good reviews, as not all products can be perfect all of the time, however after contacting your customer service on the 24/2 I am still awaiting a reply 2/3 so on this occasion you've not met my expectations.
