Because of the layout of the building, the doorway/signage to customer pickup area is tucked away, and not particularly easy to find for the first-time visitor. And then had to wait up to 10 minutes to collect prepaid parts, as there was only one person on the counter, despite there being several members of staff in the back-office who could clearly see that I was waiting just for a quick pick-up (I was holding my phone in such a way that they could have worked out that it had an order reference number on it.)
