Ordered 2 items. One was in stock, the other due the next day. Went to collect the items the next day and waited in a queue for half an hour and was then told that the item due in that day had not arrived due to the truck being in an accident, which is understandable, but if I’d been told as I went in I’d maybe have just come back for both items the next day. Also, one of the staff serving the people in front of me had a shocking manner and spoke to customers in an unacceptable way. He was ok when he served me but I would have said something to him if he’d behaved in the same way to me. Returned the next day and waited in the queue again for half an hour to then be told that the item had not come in. I was offered an alternative part which I accepted, so the agent collected it and amended the order paperwork, then told me ‘Actually, I think I saw the part you ordered down the back of the shelf’ then he went back and swapped the item back for the one I was originally supposed to get, which meant more paperwork changes. Products were good, but let down by customer service and queuing time.
