Parts ordered online Thursday for collection the following day for an urgent job, only to be told when arriving that I should have been informed it would be Tuesday before they would be available.
Tuesday arrives and no contact or confirmation of order. I had to contact the branch and yes they were on the shelf.
Can't blame them but your online ordering and communication regarding orders needs improvement.
