Online purchase of a van battery, used vehicle registration and it turned out that not one battery shown was the correct size. Didn't realise this until I got home. One phone call and a total of 200 miles/ 5 hours travelled; we have the correct battery. Annoyingly I had to pay in full in store for the second battery and wait for my online payment to be refunded. I live in the Scottish Highlands and Perth is the nearest one to me at 100 miles round trip. Free delivery, yes, but wouldn't detract the fact that no battery on their website actually fits my vehicle.
