Recieved a notification from Europarts to say order was ready for collection. Order QS for multiple parts worth over £700. When I arrived it took 20mins to get served due to people in front/orders being hard to find (back of house). When I was served, the lad spent half an hour trying to find the parts for my order due to ‘pickers’ placing products in the wrong place? One brake disc remained missing to the point I asked for the manager. Suddenly the missing disc appeared? It just felt totally disorganised. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in future.
