There seems to have been a reduction on the number of staff serving at the sales counter in the Eurocarparts branch that I visited, resulting in too long a time waiting in a queue. There used to be two or three staff serving at the sales counter, but on my last couple of visits, there was only one person serving, who was working extremely hard trying to get the queue served as quickly as possible. A lot of customers are working people and their time is too valuable to stand waiting in queues, so I would suggest that you need more staff serving the sales counter or your customers will go elsewhere.
