I can't fault the staff in trying to get a correct altetnator for my car, after two incorrect ones, and a conversation with boston store, they managed to source one from norwich which was delivered the same day and fitted the next night. I did have an issue with one refund but I can't fault the customer service team, after an error with the refund process customers services were very quick to resolve it and issue it.
