Prepaid for wiper blades on the App so just went to collect at Kettering branch. Several customers waiting while 1 counter staff was dealing with confused customer, which was good and staff very patient. However, queue continued to grow, and no more staff came to serve, despite the office behind counter seemed to be full of employees. Branch should monitor customer demand better and react to queue levels.
