The Starline part failed its MOT after 1 year. After intially being told on the phone by the helpful customer service there is a four year warranty, a new part was reserved for me to exchange, great.
However on arrival at the Slough branch I was told it was only 12 months and my part is 14 months so will not be replaced as advised.
I will think twice before trusting this brand again. :0(
