Great quality, very realistic had no problems so not really needed customers service except when a car ploughed into one of our plants. The pot was needlessto say destroyed but as you can see from the video the plant itself is fine even though it was under the car. Emailed customer service to enquire about purchasing replacement pot Sam was terrific and they are kindly sending an insert with it for us. We also purchased a hedge which we loved.
