I had eight or nine hours worth of video on mini DVs that were slowly deteriorating over the years. EverPresent converted these videos into separate files which I now have stored online. The bonus is that it is very easy to share these videos with relatives now. The process was explained clearly and was very thorough. Also, I really appreciated the updates on the progress of my order. Thank you again!
