Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I got to the point where I decided that no parcel will ever be “delivered” (or I should rather write stolen / lost) to my address by Evri again. If I see a business that uses them as their courier, I stay away and buy elsewhere.
They have got a bot operated “customer service” (I struggle to call it like that), you can’t talk with anybody neither via chat nor over the phone. If I could show you photos where they are leaving parcels, you would start to swear. They haven’t got a problem to leave a parcel on the street, in front of block of apartments so everybody from the street can steal it and then claim that everything is fine, because the parcel is “delivered”.
Never again - if you run a business, read those reviews, because I am not the only one fed up with that company. If you use Evri as your deliverer, you won’t have me as a customer (and I am sure many others think the same).
