Just after I posted a review a week or two ago, where I described how their courier left a smartphone worth £400 outside of my block of apartments, on the street, so somebody stole it, they left my neighbour parcel in the same way. My neighbour was lucky that I picked it up, but that just shows that this useless company will never change.
If you are a business owner, never ever use them as your courier. If you are a customer, never ever use businesses that use Evri as their couriers.
