I ordered an ExactMat for my dining table. It arrived sooner than expected, and was cut exactly to my measurements, however, the box was damaged during shipping, which in turn caused my mat to fold and crease. I contacted Customer Service and was advised to exchange my mat for a new one. I appreciate ExactMats concern for my satisfaction and quick response to my issue. I highly recommend their product.
