So nice to have prompt order confirmation, tracking and delivery. Good clean solid packaging and my clear desk mat is going to be SO much better for my laptop. Hot tip, dont use any fabric under your laptop. Even elevated, it makes it hard for the fan to get a good flow and can burn up your motherboard. Really a quality experience from order to install.
