We have tried some of the "high street" opticians who shall remain nameless but since 2019 we have been to Underwood Eyecare in Ferndown and could not be happier. The premises are well set out immaculately kept and there is a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. All of the team are very friendly, knowledgeable, polite and make you feel valued. Particular praise for Ali who carried out our eye examination yesterday. A thoroughly pleasant young man who talked through every procedure and explained what is was for. Very competent and took the time to make you feel important. Thank you to you all, we will be back next year
