Super disappointed. It took 9 days for my item to even ship. And when i tried to call the phone number it just says there is too high of a call volume and ends the call. which isn’t it even true. they’re clearly understaffed and try to avoid paying employees to answer the phone. then i sent a message and didn’t get a response, twice!! not impressed!
