AWFUL. Ordered a pair of sunglasses to find out they were on back order after I already purchased. They never shipped my sunglasses after 3 months so I went on the website to read recently posted reviews of other people who recently ordered the exact same pair of glasses and received them within 2-3 weeks. They then told me to pick a different model even though they had supplies to ship for recent purchases. Disgusted with this business.
