I am very disappointed with this purchase that I have yet to receive. When I call customer service it constantly gives a message that they are closed. I have spoken with a customer service agent two weeks ago and she promised me that when the glasses were in she would change it to next day express service and I have yet to receive anything. As you can see that was not true. I was never told or alerted that my item was on backorder. What I was told is that both pairs of glasses had shipped and I only received one now the other pair is lost and tracking tells you nothing, but "no access" and no one answers at DHL the shipping partner.
