Placed order 11/3. No message until I called 11/17 to ask about the status of my order. Was then notified it was out of stock and was back ordered. Then, glory be, delivery was due 11/25. Then delivery was delayed by an unspecified amount. Finally got delivery 11/28. OK, glitches happen, but it would be nice to keep your customers informed.
